E-Z Foam™ is a superior insulating foam back-up material. It is applied after mixing with the activator supplied together with the product. The activator helps E-Z Foam™ to expand and fill the application area.

It is specially developed and can be reliably used for Wagstaff or other casting table refractories, runners, filter boxes, degassing systems and all other back-up refractory applications. It can be prepared quickly and has longer working time than traditional back-up foam materials.

E-Z Foam™ is a unique self-bonding material which allows a short curing time compared to the conventional products due to its low water content.
