Ceramic Fiber Yarns Ceramic fiber yarns are non-asbestos products and show good insulation and high temperature resistance properties of ceramic fiber which is their main raw material. In order to increase their strength, they are reinforced by glass fiber, stainless steel or steel alloy wire. This product is the basic raw material of all ceramic fiber textile products. They have three different classification temperature: 800 oC, 1260 oC and 1430 oC.
Ceramic Fiber Twisted Rope Produced from ceramic fiber yarns and twisted in different directions to form rope between 3 mm to 100 mm diameters.
Ceramic Fiber Rope Lagging It has a high insulation property due to its filling compound (ceramic fiber blanket, bulk fiber, mineral wool etc). Also it is a flexible and compressible type of rope.
Ceramic Fiber Round Braid Rope Completely braided, dense, high tensile strength round rope. Generally produced between 4 mm to 100 mm diameters.
Ceramic Rope Square Braid Rope Completely braided, dense, high tensile strength square/rectangular rope which is produced from 4 mm to 100 mm sections.
Ceramic Fiber Cloth It is a product manufactured from ceramic fiber yarns and suitable for industrial use. Cloths are reinforced by glass fiber yarns or stainless steel wires, depending on application area.
Ceramic Fiber Tape Produced from ceramic fiber yarns and suitable for industrial use. They have different width and thickness options.
